The Beggar Event Envoy has 3 quests to choose from.
All 3 are Special events. Only the "Exchange Reward" (Shortbread) quest is activated during the weekends.
You will be able to accept/take the other 2 quests but will not be able to complete them as the items do not exist in regular game play.
(The one or 2 times smuggler nameplates did drop, we could still not turn them in as the quest was not activated)

I'd like to point out that this guide is directed at the lower leveled classes. (a.k.a the newbs)
Secondly
It's getting harder and harder to write new guides, as talented writers keep on producing.
So I've decided on a short guide on Shortbread (I'm positive no one will write about a temporary event)

Ok, now to the guide.
Hello, you've just entered VCO, Your starting town is a city called Athens, you'll spend your first breathing minutes as a newb running
around Athens. Watch your levels rocket up and up as you talk to various people. Sadly this doesn't last forever. But on to greener pastures,
Enjoy It While You Can
Ok, after running around for 10-15 mins, you'll be asked to go to the
Athens Suburbs Oh but, you don't know how to get there, you say?
Never Fear! Next to your map (top left) is a function called
Auto Track use that to go to the Athens Suburbs.
Now this quest asks you to kill some helpless animals. *evil laugh* Don't look so surprised VCO is all about killing things. (You get used to it)
As you run around wreaking havoc on pheasants, goats, foxes and yes even cute wabbits, you'll collect various items that can be sold at NPC's. (Non Player Characters)
E.T.C
Blacksmiths, Tailors, Alchemists, Dockers, Shipyard Bosses. (Auto track is your friend.)
Whats this? You picked up 1 Shortbread! Woot! NOM NOMS you think.
Haha no.....
Sorry your character doesn't get to enjoy this tasty morsel. But what you can do with it is this...
First Step
Collect
50 Shortbread (This is a big step)
At the top left of your screen (below auto track) is a function called
Auto AFK
Click that and set your preferences. Once you've pressed yes. Your character should start automatically acquiring targets, and he will run to kill them. *evil laugh*
In as little as 45 minutes you will have picked up 50 shortbread. Congratulations you've completed the first step.
Second Step
Run back and give your quest back to the guy. (The quest to kill the helpless animals, remember?) By this time you should have easily killed enough animals. You'll receive
another quest after submitting your old one in, but lets ignore that for a second. Run back towards the city and enter.
Third Step
Now you can get excited, your about to get some serious levels. Run to the shipyard boss. (Auto-track if you don't know where he is) Next to the shipyard boss is a guy called
Beggar Event Envoy NPC talk to him and press exchange rewards.
(Ignore the top two)
BAM! There goes your 50 shortbread and now look at your levels go! You just got 20 million XP for your profession level, and 10 Million XP for your eloquence level.
Congratulations!
Notes
This exchange can be done once every
10 Hours
The Beggar Envoy appears only on the weekend,
Times 11:00 pm Friday on EST till end of Sunday or sometimes noon of Monday. - thanks truewing
As you run around picking up items for 45 mins, set your preferences in auto afk, not to pick up heavy items. If you do, in time, you'll slow to a walk, making it harder and longer to pick up
shortbread. - Thanks Mona.

- Athens (dock approx. 18, -47)
- Seville (dock approx. 64, -52)
- Possedenia (Atlantis/Birmini Island) - Accros the Suit Compound Master
- North Island
