MONSTERS GUIDE

The first part of this guide covers only suburb, city and island monsters (link).
Treasure Map, Tamable Monsters (Pets)(link), and Instance Monsters (link) are at the end of this guide.

Some quick background
I started with a copy of the IGG monsters list and have added missing monsters, their pictures, locations and most drops.  I took out the "description" column as I didn't feel it was helpful.

I added the Instances even though some of the information was already out there, because not all of it was there or was it consolidated in one easy to use place.  Links to the location of the original information can be found at the end of the instances list as that is where most of the links pertain to.


All regular locations drop the following (But drops are fewer as the level increases).
These drops will appear in/under your characters Item tab.
Coin
Slate Map Pieces
Parchment Map Pieces
Metal Board Map Pieces
Old Scroll Map Pieces
Low Level Health Potion (HP)
Low Level Recovery Potion (SP)

You will also get various Uniforms, Hats, and Weapons as drops The may be Profession level or Skill level based.  The level of these drops depends on the level of monster you are fighting.

You will also get the following drops when fighting monsters up to level 6
These drops also appear in/under your characters Item tab.
Bad Steel Plate
Bad Handle
Bad Spirit Concentration Crystal
Bad Energy Collecting Crystal
Bad Steel Thread
Bad Pure Steel

Level 0 - 10  Monsters will not initiate an attack.
All other levels will attack when with in a certain radius (there is no way to measure/ give an exact figure to this radius, as there is no unit of measure in the game)

A note on levels:
A lot of the information on monster levels was copied from another post.
so use the following to compare levels:

00 - 10 = level 1
11 - 20 = level 2
21 - 30 = level 3
31 - 40 = level 4
41 - 50 = level 5
51 - 60 = level 6
61 - 70 = level 7
71 - 80 = level 8
81 - 90 = level 9
91 - 100 = level 10
101 - 110 = level 11
111 - 120 = level 12
