Recently, some players' have had their accounts stolen, which has understandably caused a lot of stress and also loss to these players. Here, we restate we have a zero-tolerance policy on this kind of behavior. Anyone who gets caught perpetrating this kind of scheme will automatically have their account banned forever. In the meantime, we offer you some suggestions on how to better protect your accounts.
1. Our officials never require your accounts, passwords or to register an email box. Don't tell anyone about this personal account info.
2. Be careful of non-official IGG websites; never use your account to log onto these websites.
3. If you once notice that someone has used your account, please contact our GM via Livechat immediately.
4. How to Recognize the genuine GMs:
1) The color the GM's characters type in the private channel is purple. The name of the GMs is displayed as [Online GM] + a GM name without the channel name in front.
The color the ordinary player's characters type in the private channel is green. You can also see the channel name in the front of their names.
2) The color the GM's characters type in the public channel is also purple. The difference is that you can't see the GM’s name.
The color the ordinary player's characters type in the public channel is blue. You can also see the channel name in the front of their names.
3) You can see the yellow "GM" on the rank position.
4) The appearances of all of the GMs who are responsible for daily issues are the same. They also all wear the same uniform.
