Voyage Century will release the incredibly useful unbinding service soon! We will be testing this service in the Promote Peace on Earth event. Players can use the Redeeming Voucher of Favonian Robe obtained from the event to apply for the service.   

Unbinding Rules
1. You should obtain a voucher from the Promote Peace on Earth event.
2. Use the account-bound mailbox to send the unbinding application with your account, server name, character name, and the item you need to unbind to GM (vcevent@igg.com).
3. After receiving your email, our GM will inform you of the time when he can help you to unbind your item. The service will be offered 8:00pm to 5:00am EST (GMT-5) during working days.
4. You should hand a voucher to our GM to unbind an Item. This service is only available to items bound by a binding stone or a security lock.  

If you have any suggestions or questions concerning this service, please feel free to tell us. If everything goes well, we will be releasing the service soon.

if there was an unbinding stone ..
The hackers the BINDING stone is supposed to thwart would just buy them and unbind your stuff.

Thats why a GM has to do it .

There is a slight problem with this, mainly being #2 in MYLO5's post. Some people who may have moved to different areas since they started playing VCO(Myself included) may not have that email address anymore, especially if it was an email address from an ISP. So is there any way to change the email address you have on file or are you stuck with nothing?
