Check this page and then the top left corner.
There's a clock where u can even change the time zones.
That way u can calculate the right time yourself exactly.
On Topic:
I do have one point. 4,5-4,25 hours before closing time i tried to register, but the site was unavailable.
A guild member had the same problem. After 10 minutes i gave up. Guess the site was overloaded?
